The donation form requires users to give us contact information that may include name, e-mail address, format preference (HTML vs. plain text), physical address, interests, and similar information. We do not request or store sensitive information such as social security numbers.

You may decide to send Red-tail Conservancy personally identifying information. For example, you might send RTC an e-mail message containing information about your membership. We will use this information solely to identify you as a member of Red-tail Conservancy and to determine how to best respond to the e-mail. Security of Your Information
All sensitive information (such as your email address) transmitted through www.fortheland,org is transmitted via clear text using a standard web form. Once your information is transmitted to us, it is hosted by NOVA technologies and protected on a secure server that is only accessible to certain qualified employees of Red-tail Conservancy and NOVA.

Your Credit Card Information
When you enter your credit card information into a form field on www.fortheland.org, your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted securely to Red-tail Conservancy and NOVA. Neither Red-tail Conservancy or NOVA store your credit card information on a permanent basis; your credit card information is only used for the duration of the transaction and is then deleted from our records.

Return/Refund Policy

If an item you ordered from Red-tail Conservancy does not meet your expectations, simply return it either to our office or by mail within 90 days of receiving it.

The item returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged using the same payment method. Gifts are not exchangeable by mail. If you return a gift by mail, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method when we receive the item.
