From Anderson, Micayla has grown up enjoying all that East Central Indiana has to offer. From an early age, Micayla explored the great outdoors. She began to wonder how her natural surroundings co-existed in an unperceivable harmony. This curiosity lead to Micayla’s graduation from Ball State University with a B.S. in Biology with a focus on wildlife science and land management. Micayla loves working for an organization that protects the natural areas she grew up enjoying so that others can enjoy them too! When not working at Red-tail, Micayla can be found volunteering, herping, hiking, or preparing bird specimens for the Ball State University Department of Biology Research Collection.
