Grandview and Riverbend II Projects: These two properties along White River are owned by the City of Anderson. RTC partnered with the city and the White River Restoration Trust Fund on these projects. On the Grandview Golf Course side, we stabilized and reforested the area between the course and the river. Riverbend II includes eradicating non-native plants and reforesting the woodlands. We hold a permanent Conservation Easement on both sites. |
