The Meramec Conservation Easement:  Ron and Carla Caudill Waechter donated a conservation easement on their naturally diverse home site in August of 2001. Pictured above is a hayfield between Daleville and Yorktown along Highway 32 that will not be destroyed by rampant residential development. Their site also includes a mature upland forest and numerous high quality wetlands along Shoemaker Creek. |
